These small sculptures are often multiple forms that explore the relationships between the objects themselves, their colors, their surfaces, and their materials. Earth Works are part of a series inspired by the adobe houses of the Southwest, African painted homes, and Aboriginal ochre paintings. The forms are covered with the earth of my travels, used in their natural colors.
