Learn to make Burma balls or small books, explore color theory with hands-on weaving, or learn to make folded twill baskets (pictured on left), a technique that adapts well for children. There are as many possibilities as time allows. Several slide shows are available, including my own work and inspirations, "Journeys", "Textile Travels (and more!) in Africa," the three-dimensional works of 60 artists working with paper, and a visual basket history of Ben Higgins.
